All in one place, transparently, with a solid background.
We don’t just get you started—we guide you every step of the way.
Do you want to live in Thailand long-term, move freely in and out of the country, and even work legally?
To achieve this, you need to go through a well-structured and officially compliant process. This is where we provide full support.
But we don’t jump in blindly.
The first step is a thorough assessment, where we identify what you are truly good at — and what of that is actually marketable in Thailand. Not just on paper, but in reality.
We map out:
● your real knowledge, experience, and skill set
● which of these are in actual demand locally
● what realistic opportunities you have based on your current situation
At the same time, we clarify what requirements you need to meet for the process to even begin — whether it’s related to visas, employment, or company formation.
One very important thing: before the consultation, you need to decide two things for yourself:
● when you want to move
● and why
This will be my first serious question.
Without this, it’s just brainstorming — but we work with concrete plans.
We don’t sell dreams. We give you a clear picture:
where you are now, where you can realistically get to, and what steps will take you there.
Once that picture is clear, it makes sense to move forward — and at that point, you’ll know exactly which direction to take.
Once we’ve identified the direction that truly fits you — and that is also viable in Thailand — the next step, if company formation is required, is to prepare a proper business plan. This is not just a “box-ticking” document. The business plan must meet both the content and formal requirements of Thai authorities — otherwise the process can stall right at the beginning. We provide full support in this process.
We prepare your business plan in a way that:
● aligns with your chosen activity
● meets official requirements
● supports company formation and further administrative procedures
If you don’t have a business plan, we will find a solution together — you can even find a turnkey business with us.
Once we reach the point where your activity is both commercially viable and legally feasible in Thailand, the next step is the actual company formation.
You won’t be left alone — we guide you through the entire process from start to finish.
You are not left alone at any stage. We guide the entire process with you from the first assessment to the completion of the company setup.
● we prepare and submit all required documentation
● we support you through every official step
● we help you navigate the Thai system so you avoid costly mistakes from the beginning
Thai company structures must be planned carefully and in full compliance with applicable regulations. Where Thai shareholding, registered capital, directors, employees or work permit requirements are involved, we coordinate the process with qualified local professionals and help you understand the practical and legal framework before you make a decision.
The next key step is choosing the right visa — this determines the framework in which you can live and work in Thailand. There are several types of visas (e.g. tourist, education, retirement, business, etc.), each with its own requirements, advantages, and limitations. Choosing the right one is critical, as it fundamentally impacts your opportunities. Our main area of expertise is the Business Visa. This is where we have the most experience, what we handle on a daily basis, and where we can guide you through the entire process with confidence. It’s important to understand that legal employment in Thailand is only possible in connection with this type of visa (together with the required permits).
If your goal is:
● legal employment
● starting a business
● long-term stay in Thailand with a stable background
then this is the relevant direction. Of course, we can also assist with other visa types through our Thai partners, if your situation calls for a different solution. The key point: you won’t get a one-size-fits-all answer — you’ll get a visa solution tailored to your goals and your situation.
Basic Requirements for a Thai Business Visa (Non-Immigrant B)
● Official company documents from a legitimate Thai company (extract, shareholder structure, director signatures)
● Submission of the Non-Immigrant B visa application (typically done abroad — e.g. Kuala Lumpur)
● Valid passport (minimum 6 months)
● Completed visa application form + photo
● Proof of financial means (typically minimum 30,000 THB per person per month)
● Proper business plan (if related to company formation — must meet official requirements)
● visa = right of residence
● work permit = right to work
● Without a work permit, you cannot legally work — even if you have a visa
Once you have the appropriate visa (Business Visa), the next critical step is obtaining a work permit. This is where most people run into problems. There’s a lot of paperwork, constantly changing requirements, and back-and-forth between authorities — and if something is done incorrectly, you may have to start over. We’ve been through this process ourselves, so we know exactly where mistakes happen and where people typically get stuck. That’s why we don’t just guide you in theory — we support you in practice: we tell you exactly which documents you’ll need we prepare the full application with you we guide you through the official process step by step we help you avoid common mistakes and unnecessary delays
