Company formation, real estate, visa, a functioning life in Thailand – from real experience, not theory.
10+ years in Phuket. Our own mistakes. A built system.
Today, we pass this on to you – simpler, faster, and more securely.
We don't just provide a service. We build a functioning life with you.
We have been returning to Phuket for over 10 years, and over the years, we haven't just fallen in love with the island – it has become a true home for us. We purchased our first property 9 years ago, and since then, we have gone through every step: company formation, setting up the legal background, visa administration – we know everything from our own experience, not from theory. Additionally, we have been involved in full-service short-term rental management in Budapest and Phuket for over 15 years, including apartment renovation and property management. We know exactly how to turn a property into a project that generates stable and predictable income. Dani has a legal and business background, with over 15 years of experience in leadership and legal fields. As a specialized energy lawyer and company director, he makes quick, well-thought-out decisions even in complex situations and clearly identifies risks – which is crucial when purchasing property abroad. He continuously educates himself, deepening his knowledge of Thai regulations, and works daily with local lawyers, the corporate registry, and real estate partners. He manages several projects through our own company's employees, giving him not just theoretical but daily operational experience in local business management. Barbi works with a background in interior design and 3D visualization, with years of experience in space planning, visualization, and project management. In Hungary, she built three of her own brands and was the owner and operational manager of several restaurants. This experience provides not only a business perspective but also strong systems thinking to her work. She doesn't just see what a property is, but what it can become – whether in terms of experience or from a business standpoint. Together, the two provide the strength that allows us to not just show properties but to think in complete solutions. We are not agents – we are partners who accompany you through the entire process, from the first question to the key handover, and beyond. We have already walked this path. We know exactly where the pitfalls are and how to do it right. And this is what we pass on.
My life's journey might seem unconventional, but for me, there has always been one common thread through every stage: hard work and the drive to create real, functioning solutions. I grew up in a small village. When I was 7 or 8 years old, I saw an advertisement for a white-sand island with palm trees—back then, I didn't know I would actually end up in a place like that one day. However, that experience stayed with me deeply, and perhaps that's where it all began.
I completed my studies at the Lónyai Street Reformed High School and later graduated from the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences at Károli Gáspár University in 2007. Later, I also trained as an energy law specialist. During my university years, I worked as a cinema projectionist at night while being a student by day, which taught me that difficult periods are not obstacles but tasks, and that one must persevere under all circumstances.
I began my career at the international law firm DLA Piper, then gained experience in various legal fields at smaller law firms. Over time, however, I realized that entrepreneurship is the environment where I can create real value. By 2011, I had built an industrial construction business from scratch, which worked on significant projects in Hungary.

Following this, I turned toward the real estate market: we began focusing on renovations, value appreciation, and short-term rentals.
This is how the 14+ years of experience I rely on today was formed.

I first arrived on the island of Phuket in 2013.
I immediately felt that this place was more than just a destination for me. In 2016, my partner and I decided to build our lives and businesses here in the long term. Over the past years, we haven't only worked on our own projects; more and more clients have sought us out—primarily those arriving in Thailand with similar goals: property acquisition, starting a business, long-term stays, or establishing a second home.

Today, we operate in Phuket with an established company, a stable background, and a local team. We support our clients with villa and apartment management, real estate project support, as well as assistance with company formation and visa administration. Our goal is simple: to provide transparent, secure, and truly effective solutions in an environment that can often be difficult to navigate. I believe that in this field, the most important value is trust. That is why we don't think in template solutions; instead, we work by adapting to each specific situation. This introduction might be more personal than a traditional professional profile—but in my experience, trust is what really matters in this industry.
I first visited Thailand in 2015, and I knew even then that this lifestyle would one day be mine. It wasn't just a trip—it was a realization. Since then, I have consciously built my life and businesses to make this possible. Today, I live and work six months in Phuket and six months in Hungary. This duality provides the freedom and perspective I've always desired. What connects my entire journey is that whatever I do, I build it at a systems level, as a complete whole.
I don't think in sub-tasks but in complete, functioning units—whether it's a space, a brand, or a business. This is what I consciously represent today: I don't just design or execute; I create entire concepts that work in reality. I decided to become an interior designer at age 8. Back then, I just felt it was my world, but today I know exactly: creating spaces, establishing atmosphere, and visual storytelling are what truly belong to me. Ultimately, I became an interior designer and 3D visual designer, and over the past 15 years, this has become the foundation of not just my work, but my mindset.
At the beginning of my career, I worked as an employee, where I quickly moved into a lead designer position. Professionally, this was strong validation, but meanwhile, I felt increasingly that it wasn't enough to realize others' visions—I wanted to create something of my own. Something that fully reflects my thinking, system, and quality. In 2015, my first joint company with Dani was launched while I was still working remotely for the Csikós Terv architectural firm under a contractor agreement. This period was brutally intense: I was building my own path and working in a serious professional environment at the same time. Our first joint venture was an exciting and completely unique project—we practically patented a product on the Hungarian market, which we sold nationwide at festivals and various events, and we are very proud that we were able to obtain an international franchise certification for this brand. This is where I truly learned what it means to build a company from scratch: logistics, sales, operations, team, problem-solving—along with all the real challenges.
Covid practically wiped out this model, as there were no venues for deployment, so I had to choose a new direction. That's when I started my own restaurant chain. At its peak, I simultaneously operated 3 restaurants in Budapest, as well as one unit at the LEGO factory project, one in Nyíregyháza, and one in Kecskemét. In these projects, it wasn't just the management that was mine—I built every single brand from zero. This included the entire identity (logo, colors, visual world), the interior design concept and execution, the guest experience design, the menu and product strategy, online presence, marketing, communication, photography, social media, and the establishment of the entire operating system.
My restaurants operating in industrial environments represented a separate level: I was present with my own units at the LEGO factory in Nyíregyháza, as well as automotive investments in Kecskemét and Debrecen, where we served the teams working on construction. I didn't just operate these restaurants; I designed them—from the concept to the interior layout to the full operation. I had to create functioning systems in a fast, constantly changing environment, which gave me an incredible amount both professionally and business-wise. Meanwhile, I didn't let go of my professional roots: to this day, I actively work as an interior designer and 3D visual designer for international clients.
For me, visualization is not just about “producing pretty pictures,” but a tool to see non-existent things as reality and to base decisions upon them.
